Law 37/2007, of 16th November, on the re-use of public sector information, transposing Directive 2003/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, regulates the re-use of public information available to administrations and bodies in which they are in the majority, that is, the right of all potential market players to re-use information from public authorities.
