The house has 4 bedrooms with a double bed, an additional bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed, ideal for children or large groups, and 2 full bathrooms for greater comfort. The kitchen has been recently renovated, equipped with everything you need to cook like at home. The living room is spacious and bright, perfect for sharing meals and group moments. On the top floor you will find an open space with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, comfortable sofas and a cozy fireplace, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. A house with character, equipped to make you feel at home, whether for a rural getaway, a family holiday or a gathering of friends.

TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT: VERY VERTICAL STAIRS. Due to the type of construction at the time, the stairs are characteristic of most of the town’s constructions.
